Sansone Jr’s 66 Kia Personnel: They are Top Notch

Good morning Mr. Sansone. This is Marsha R—nice to meet you.

 

In this day and age, it seems like everyone complains about the bad job that people do. Well, not me. I am not here to complain.

I am here today to let you know about the wonderful and dedicated staff that you have at Kia. They are top notch!. They deserve this recognition!

 

For the last week, my 19 year old son Justin has visited the showroom many times—he loved the Optima SX on display there.

Joann, his sales rep, was marvelous….She did not get impatient with him nor did she tune him out, since he was only 19—-she answered all of his questions on each and every visit, and worked with him every time he went into the showroom—she treated him with respect and kindness each and every time– and I truly admire her for these traits and her kindness.

On Saturday, I went into the showroom to purchase the car of Justin’s dreams, for Justin, and I had the MOST wonderful car buying experience.

Here is why.

Your staff is welcoming. Your staff is very professional, and not one of them acted like the sharks, that all other dealers employ. Your staff was respectful, kind, courteous and I am soooo happy and honored that I had a chance to meet all of these wonderful people that were there, in the showroom, on Saturday. They all showed me that there are still very good decent people in this world. They all cared that Justin did get the car that he wanted, and they were all excited for him—just like he was their own son.

I just wanted to drop you a note on how spectacular your salesman Bobby D is. He was truly a pleasure to work with. He made sure all our concerns were taken care of and he was very patient while we searched your inventory.

We did have a small problem with the wait in finance but found out it was Larry’s first day so not a big deal those things happen.

Bobby noticed that the car detailing wasn’t up to par so he made sure we brought it back to be done over again.

If your company has a benchmark for sales people BOBBY D should be the example!

I also appreciate that you noticed that the finance wait was getting ridiculously long and gave us two free oil changes to make up for it. You truly do care about your customers.

When Purchasing a New Nissan (at Sansone Jr’s 66 Nissan)

Let me tell you about the wonderful experience I had with Nissan Sansone Jr’s 66 Auto Mall: The moment I dialed the phone and Chris answered I felt comfortable with telling him what I wanted and needed he assured me they would make it happen. He said to come into Nissan showroom and speak to a salesman. My husband and I arrived at the showroom that after noon and spoke to a salesman (JOHN). He made us feel comfortable and showed us the car we could afford and worked within our budget. In a matter of days John, Sean and all the employees of Sansone had us driving away in a very nice 2011 Nissan Sentra. The whole dealership made us feel very welcomed. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had in buying a car. Two Nissans Rated “Best Small Cars for Fuel Economy”

Gas prices may slowly be starting towards a decline, but it is still pricey.  And although it is pricey, that is not going to stop many from driving. But if you drive one of these two Nissan’s then you are ahead of the curve as they are both review as Best Small Cars for Fuel Economy by Consumer Reports.

The Nissan Cube was ranked one of the top five fuel sippers in the small wagons and hatchbacks category.   Not only was the Nissan Cube noted for its great fuel economy but it was also ranked 16 out of 33 Affordable Small Cars by US News.

The other Nissan for Best Small Cars for Fuel Economy by Consumer Reports is the Nissan Sentra. Out of five vehicles in the Small Sedan category the Sentra really pulls it off! And check this out, the Nissan Sentra also made the list of the top 33 Affordable Small Cars by US News.

Distractive Driving: My Partnership with Red Bank Catholic HS

My Neptune, NJ dealership, Sansone Jr’s 66 Automall partnered with Red Bank Catholic High School to help stop distractive driving.  You may have read my wife’s blog about it, but I also wanted to tell everyone.  Here’s the press release and some pictures:

 

Partnering together, Sansone Jr’s 66 Automall in Neptune and students at Red Bank Catholic High School raised awareness and money for the “Just Drive” campaign during the month of March.  The focus was to educate students and parents about the risks of cellular phone use while driving.

 

Every morning, the students made announcements with facts and statistics about the hazards of distracted driving.  In addition, each Friday, special driving themed music was played while t-shirts and wristbands donated by Sansone Jr’s 66 Automall were sold as reminders to “just drive.”  Participating students were also entered into a drawing for a chance to win a GPS system. The funds raised will go towards continued education and awareness of distracted driving.

 

The campaign occurred during the entire month of March, ending with a pledge-signing event on Friday, March 25th.  Chris Sansone assisted with all the school events, stating, “We at Sansone Jr’s 66 Automall are proud to support Red Bank Catholic’s effort to stop distractive driving.” The pledge consisted of promising to abstain from using a cell phone while operating a vehicle.

 

Last year, 98 percent of the driving students at Red Bank Catholic High School took The Oprah Show No Phone Zone Pledge, which consisted of a commitment to not text and only use a hands-free device for calls while driving. The vow to driving responsibly was only a beginning, and this year the students at Red Bank Catholic began their “Just Drive” campaign as an effort to educate students and parents about the dangers and consequences of distracted driving. They also plan to meet with administration to see how they can continue their efforts, year after year.
