I’ve never felt more comfortable or taken better care of than I did with Dan McGeveran

Mr. Sansone,

I wanted to send this message to you regarding Dan McGeveran one of your Auto Mall sales representatives.  In a nut shell Dan sold me my 2010 Nissan Maxima in November of 2010 and I have to tell you that in all the years of car buying I’ve never felt more comfortable or taken better care of than I did with Dan.  Just prior to my arrival at your dealership I had a couple of bad experiences with other dealerships and dishonest sales representatives so to come into your dealership and be greeted and taken care of by Dan was refreshing.  Dan sold me the Maxima with no issues and he really made me feel like I was a VIP and a relative.

Once the deal was completed my wife and I made the decision that any future purchases would be made through your dealership with Dan, so when my latest purchase was on the horizon I came into see Dan again.   As usual Dan was fantastic as well as the supporting staff at Sansone Jr’s and as a matter of fact I’ll be picking up my new 2012 Kia Sorrento this evening.

Mr. Sansone, I have to tell you that even though my company was quoted a lower rate by another Kia dealer, I insisted that the vehicle be purchased from your dealership and that the extra $400 was worth it because of Dan and his attention to his customers.  I’ve written a prior email describing Dan and his professionalism and my personal experiences through your website but I wanted to make sure that you know what an asset Dan is to Sansone Jr’s as a customer for life.

Very polite, helpful and listened to what I was looking for

Dear Mr. Sansone,

I am sending this e-mail to you because I want you to know what a fabulous team of people you have working for you (Sansone Jr’s 66 Automall).  It’s the main reason I came back to buy another Kia from you.

Let me tell you my story.  I purchased a 2010 Kia Forte last October, 2010.  My first car purchase in 25 years because I always drove a company car which was chosen for me.  I was very impressed by your staff then.  They were very polite, helpful and listened to what I was looking for.  I walked out a very happy customer.  I’ve had 2 friends who have purchased Nissans from you since I was there.  Hurricane Irene flooded my Kia Forte and my insurance company totaled my car.  I was devastated.  However, I knew I could try to replace my Kia with you.  We walked into Kia and I was greeted by Cathy Traub who listened to my story and immediately started looking for a replacement.  All I can say is EVERYONE including your Sales Manager and Finance person went beyond the call of duty!  I had a new 2012 Kia Forte within 3 days and I drove it home without paying for it (yet) because my insurance check hasn’t come in yet.  I can’t stop talking about your establishment!!  This has been the best car buying experience ever!  Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart!  Your sales team is the best!

My Newer Car

Thank you to everyone that was involved in this entire process, Kelvin, Michelle, Gene, Sean and Larry,which did everything possible to make it an easy venture. I got a great car, payments I can afford and a warranty to boot.I felt as if I was being treated as a top priority.I have been doing nothing but boasting about the dealership and the treatment I had received,to my coworkers when they saw the beauty I was driving when I pulled into the lot at work the next morning.I had also told my daughter who lives in Middlesex County, that when she is ready to purchase a new vehicle, which hopefully will be soon, that I would recommend she go to Sansone Jr.I will be well worth the trip. Never had such a great experience with a dealer before

Dear Paul,
I am on my 10th car and have never had such a great experience with a dealer before. From my initial call to Christian, I have had nothing less than caring, honest service from everyone. This includes Nicole, Mike V, James and everyone there! I had an issue (so I thought)with my lease agreement and stormed into the dealership today very upset. Poor James had to deal with the Wrath of Jill..(it’s not fun), however, he listened to what I had to say and then went above and beyond to assure me that I have nothing to worry about. He explained in detail the entire process even though he had his plate full with being short staffed today. You guys have earned me as your loyal customer..I am NOT easy to please and to deal with a Car Dealership that is based on honesty and integrity is simply unheard of. Until now, anyway..I will share with the world my fabulous (and easy) experience I had with Sansone Jr’s 66  AutoMall. Thank you…my new dealer… :)

Sansone Jr’s 66 Kia Personnel: They are Top Notch

Good morning Mr. Sansone. This is Marsha R—nice to meet you.

 

In this day and age, it seems like everyone complains about the bad job that people do. Well, not me. I am not here to complain.

I am here today to let you know about the wonderful and dedicated staff that you have at Kia. They are top notch!. They deserve this recognition!

 

For the last week, my 19 year old son Justin has visited the showroom many times—he loved the Optima SX on display there.

Joann, his sales rep, was marvelous….She did not get impatient with him nor did she tune him out, since he was only 19—-she answered all of his questions on each and every visit, and worked with him every time he went into the showroom—she treated him with respect and kindness each and every time– and I truly admire her for these traits and her kindness.

On Saturday, I went into the showroom to purchase the car of Justin’s dreams, for Justin, and I had the MOST wonderful car buying experience.

Here is why.

Your staff is welcoming. Your staff is very professional, and not one of them acted like the sharks, that all other dealers employ. Your staff was respectful, kind, courteous and I am soooo happy and honored that I had a chance to meet all of these wonderful people that were there, in the showroom, on Saturday. They all showed me that there are still very good decent people in this world. They all cared that Justin did get the car that he wanted, and they were all excited for him—just like he was their own son.

I felt right at home, being a member of this wonderful Sansone Jr’s 66 Kia familyJ

 

Mr. Sansone—in closing, I want to thank you for a having a dealership where integrity and respect for the customer are still number 1.

I have high regards for the way your business is run and you should be VERY proud of the outstanding customer service that is offered there.

I just wanted to drop you a note on how spectacular your salesman Bobby D is. He was truly a pleasure to work with. He made sure all our concerns were taken care of and he was very patient while we searched your inventory.

We did have a small problem with the wait in finance but found out it was Larry’s first day so not a big deal those things happen.

Bobby noticed that the car detailing wasn’t up to par so he made sure we brought it back to be done over again.

If your company has a benchmark for sales people BOBBY D should be the example!

I also appreciate that you noticed that the finance wait was getting ridiculously long and gave us two free oil changes to make up for it. You truly do care about your customers.

When Purchasing a New Nissan (at Sansone Jr’s 66 Nissan)

Let me tell you about the wonderful experience I had with Nissan Sansone Jr’s 66 Auto Mall: The moment I dialed the phone and Chris answered I felt comfortable with telling him what I wanted and needed he assured me they would make it happen. He said to come into Nissan showroom and speak to a salesman. My husband and I arrived at the showroom that after noon and spoke to a salesman (JOHN). He made us feel comfortable and showed us the car we could afford and worked within our budget. In a matter of days John, Sean and all the employees of Sansone had us driving away in a very nice 2011 Nissan Sentra. The whole dealership made us feel very welcomed. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had in buying a car. I even got to shake hands with Mr. Sansone Jr. Never before has that happen getting to shake hands with the owner of the dealership when I have purchased a car. Believe me my husband and I have purchased many cars over the years. It showed me the owner even cared how we felt when purchasing this car. Professionalism and Great Attitude at Sansone Jr’s 66 Nissan

I recently leased a Nissan Murano from your dealership and just want to let you know your finance person, Helene, and sales people Debbie and Rudy made  the process not only painless, but very pleasant due to their professionalism and great attitude.  I originally came to your dealership in response to your ad for poor credit but since I didn’t qualify for that unfortunately, I had to put the car under my parents name who had perfect credit. Once I was doing that I could have gone to any dealership especially one closer to my home…not to mention I even have friends who work at various dealerships, but I chose to stay with Sansone Jr’s…because of you staff…every single one of them including Joe and Christian..but especially Helene who tried to help me in the beginning and your dedicated and hard working sale people Debbie and Rudy who could not have been nicer to deal with  are the reason I chose Sansone Jr’s 66 Automall. I will certainly recommend your dealership and will be back in the future!  Leslie
