The latest installment in the collaboration between DC Entertainment and RIDES Magazine has come to life with the next super hero to join the team.  Wonder Woman has joined the line up of the super hero Justice League inspired Kia’s, masquerading as the Kia Sportage.  Wonder woman joins forces with the Optima Hybrid Superman, Optima Batman, Rio Hatch Aquaman, Forte Hatch Cyborg, Forte Koup Flash and the Soul Green Lantern.

The latest edition of Wonder Woman was built for charity to raise awareness for DC Entertainment’s “We Can Be Heroes” campaign.  This campaign effort is meant to help fight and relieve hunger in the Horn of Africa.  The Kia Sportage Wonder Woman made its debut at the New York International Auto Show, which takes place March 29 through April 7, 2013.

The Wonder Woman Kia Sportage is painted in red and blue with silver star accents, to resemble the super hero’s outfit.  Gold trim also rims the vehicle to represent the gold Lasso of Truth that Wonder Woman’s also dons.  The tiger nose grille of the Wonder Woman Sportage also features an eagle emblem, the same as the chest plate Wonder Woman also sports.  To complete the outfit, you will find Wonder Woman’s tiara as a sticker on the top of the windshield.  The headlights emit a blue beam, which match the color of Wonder Woman’s eyes, and chrome side panels symbolize her invisible jet.  The wheels of Wonder Woman’s Kia Sportage also resemble the silver star accents.  The interior of the super hero Sportage features red upholstery accented with blue LED lighting and Wonder Woman’s logo graces the custom seats.  And the cargo area has stars and an eagle decorating its interior.

This isn’t the last of these vehicles, however.  There is one more edition to the super hero themed Kia’s, a consolidation of all the previous super hero models.  For more information on the Wonder Woman Kia Sportage, visit wot.motortrend.com.  And if there are any similar modifications you would like to make to your Kia Sportage, visit your local New Jersey dealer, Sansone Jr’s 66 Automall, and stop into 66 MVP.  We can modify your Kia Sportage to suit your favorite super hero today!

Stop Texting In Its Tracks New Jersey!

One of the biggest problems on today’s road is that of texting and driving. As a New Jersey parent I know all to well the fear and worry that you have for your children when they get behind the wheel with a cell phone. With the use of cell phones while driving being all to prevalent, you may wish there was a way you could control your teen’s ability to text and drive at the same time. Well, now there is a new device that does just that!

There is a new device available called TextBuster, which will prevent texting and surfing the Internet while driving, and Consumer Reports has given it a thumbs up. In order to use TextBuster, a small module is hidden under the dash and a downloadable phone app blocks the driver’s ability through Bluetooth to send or receive texts. The device only works when the vehicle’s engine is running and still gives the driver access to GPS and phone calls. TextBuster cannot be turned off as it is password protected and a passenger’s phone remains unaffected by the device. TextBuster is offered starting at $179 and will also alert you as the parent and/or account manager of any attempts to disable the device. The driver’s speed and route history is also tracked so you as a parent are aware of any speeding or driving that you were unaware of.

According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), texting and driving is one of the most distracted driving habits. It affects your mind, vision and reflexes while on the road. When sending or receiving a text and driving at the same time, your eyes are taken off the road for an average of 4.6 seconds. When driving at a speed of 55 miles per hour, this is the equivalent of driving the length of a football field. By using the TextBuster however, you may be able to stop some of the texting and driving that happens on the roads.

For more information on the TextBuster and all of its benefits, visit insideline.com. And stop into your local new and used New Jersey auto dealer, Sansone Jr’s 66 Automall, for your next automobile!

Nissan Juke NISMO Batman-Theme Debuts New Jersey!

At some point in their lives, most kids wish they were a super hero or at least had some super hero powers. Although this is something adults generally outgrow, who wouldn’t want to drive a super hero themed vehicle? Well, Nissan has a pulse on that.

To celebrate the third installment of the Dark Knight Rises Batman trilogy directed by Christopher Nolan’s, Nissan is making a one and only Batman themed Nissan Juke NISMO. Although only available outside of America until its debut here in the states, it doesn’t mean you can’t add it to your wish list! Nissan took the 197-horsepower Juke NISMO and gave it an exterior matte black finish and glossy black 18-inch wheels. They then accented these wheels with red paint. Both the grille and tailgate are decorated with aluminum bat badges and lights under both side mirrors, which project the bat symbol on the ground. As if that wasn’t enough, Nissan added a projector on the inside of the vehicle that illuminates the large batman alert signal onto the ceiling of this special edition Dark Knight Rises Juke.

Non-super hero consumers, as well as those who live here in the states, have the option of the Nissan Juke. Offered in 3 model types and 8 trim levels, the Juke starts at $19,900. If you do happen to live overseas, particularly in England, you have the opportunity to win this batman themed Juke NISMO. The contest is currently being conducted in the United Kingdom and will run through February 28, 2013. For more information on this contest and to enter, visit builttothrill.co.uk.
